Daily Blog #22 – Be Mindful

As I mentioned yesterday, I’m going through an old journal and finding random scraps of ideas from others which I find inspiring. I’m sorry I don’t have author credit for this one (I may have written this, but I don’t think so). Either way, please think about this:

Your diet is not only what you eat. It is what you watch, what you listen to, what you read, the people you hang around. Be mindful of the things you put into your body emotionally, spiritually and physically.

Mindfulness. That’s tough. Especially in our always on – always connected world of screens. Take some time to consider the things you feeding your body. What are your thoughts on this?
