Daily Blog #42 – Disengage And Quietly Pursue Yourself

“I think its very healthy to spend time alone.
You need to know how to be alone and
not be defined by another person.”
(Oscar Wilde)

Taking a break from the crowds, the hustle and bustle. To just sit and be alone. To find yourself. To listen to yourself. It is essential. Your break away can be for a few minutes, for days, weeks, months or years. However much time you need in order to define yourself. It may take a while to stop feeling the pressures of the outside world and their labels. That’s ok. It’s healthy to disengage and quietly pursue yourself.
