Taking a break from the crowds, the hustle and bustle. To just sit and be alone. To find yourself. To listen to yourself. It is essential. Your break away can be for a few minutes, for days, weeks, months or years. However much time you need in order to define yourself. It may take a while to stop feeling the pressures of the outside world and their labels. That’s ok. It’s healthy to disengage and quietly pursue yourself.
