“Every night before you go to bed, you should ask yourself:
‘Am I better than I was yesterday?'”
Are you better than you were yesterday?
If yes, ask yourself what you need to do to keep on the same trajectory.
If no (and this is very important), ask yourself why not? What are you doing wrong?
Typically, you’re not doing anything “wrong” – for this is no right, and there is no wrong.
What you are doing is nothing. And that’s why today you are no better off than you were yesterday. Doing nothing will usually lead to nothing.
Action propels reaction.
Reaction drives progress.
Progress is what you seek.
