“Recovery is hard, but then slowly it gets better.
An eating disorder is always hard, and always gets worse.”
This one is very personal for me. I am thinking about my eating disorder today.
I know I usually don’t talk about it.
Because I am choosing to focus on my recovery. And the best way I know to do that is to find motivation in the moment and meaning in the meaningless.
Recovery promises that you will get better. I just want to remind you of that.
